There are so many mis-leading labels in the food industry and navigating the grocery store can be difficult. A package can write "Contains fruit" on an item which only contains a miniscule amount and is mostly sugar and fat. So what can you do and why should you even care? I started a blog to make this easier for everyone and explain why we should all care. Its not all about weight loss, in fact it's more important to fuel our bodies with quality food than to lose weight.
